The accommodation offers two berths in one open plan cabin. Forepeak wrap around seating area with a removable table which converts to form a double berth. Fridge aft to port with a marine toilet to starboard concealed inside a hinged cabinet. Blue upholstery with complimenting curtains and carpet throughout. Cockpit fitted with helm and navigator's positions, each of which fold forward to give access to a small sink and cooker, with a bench seat aft which can convert to form a sunbed or occasional berth.
Located under bench seat, Volvo Penta D3-130 130hp 5-cylinder turbo diesel engine. Single lever controls with electric start and trim adjustment. Volvo Penta SX outdrive leg with power trim/tilt and aluminium 4-bladed propeller. Stainless steel 136 litre fuel tank. Lenco adjustable trim tabs.
The engine has run for around 160hrs from new and both this and the outdrive appear to be in excellent condition. The engine was professionally serviced in 2017 and has not been used since, the outdrive leg is now due a service and bellows change under Volvo Penta guidelines.
2 x 12v Batteries charged via engine alternator. Shorepower system with RCD breaker. Electrical distribution panel. 12v socket. Cabin and cockpit lighting.

St Jacks has had three owners since new and has clearly been very carefully kept and lightly used. She is a rare inboard diesel version which was specified from factory with almost every option available (original invoices, order form and brochure on file). For much of her life she has been dry sailed rather than living afloat so her drivetrain and general condition are far better than many younger boats.
