The Fisher 31 is a robustly built and designed motor sailor, that is well equipped to tackle any sea state thrown at her! Mister Cat has been professionally boatyard maintained and is the most immaculate and beautifully cared for example to have come on to our books over the years. Five berths, central heating, bow thruster and full furling rig with 2024 standing and running rigging amounts to a very compelling package. Early viewing is highly recommended.

Accommodation
The Fisher 31 offers up to 5 berths with two separate sleeping cabins. Up forward is a double V-berth with an infill. Good storage underneath, deck opening hatch, hull ports and hanging locker. In the main saloon, the linear galley is to starboard with stainless steel sink, 2 burner Nelson gas hob with oven and grill. Dometic front loading fridge (gas or 240V). Good storage in and around the galley. Opposite to port is the U shaped dinette seating with a table that converts into a double berth.
In the port quarter there is a quarter berth/storage. Opposite to starboard is the heads compartment with Jabsco marine toilet, swing down basin and shower. The wheel house has the enclosed helm position to port with chart table and helm seat. Two bench seats either side with blue pvc upholstery and pop up foot rests. Port settee converts to a full length berth. Large sliding sun roof with outside cover.
Blue cloth upholstery to dinette and fore cabin. Blinds to all windows and deck hatches. Carpeted. Hot and cold pressurised water throughout. Eberspacher diesel fired heating.
Mechanical Systems
Located under the wheelhouse floor is the 2012 Beta Marine BH43HE marine diesel engine. 43hp fresh water cooled via a heat exchanger. Single lever controls, both in the wheelhouse and cockpit. Shaft drive to a fixed 3 bladed propeller. 180 litre fuel capacity in stainless steel tank. The engine has been boat yard maintained and serviced.

This Fisher 31 was built in 1979 by Northshore and designed by Wyatt & Freeman. White GRP hull, deck and wheel house. Long keel with encapsulated cast iron ballast. Grey Treadmaster non slip on the decks. Keel hung rudder. Sansom posts x 3. Teak bulwarks and hand rails. Mid ship cleats. Alloy framed windows with many opening. Stainless steel rails and pvc coated lifelines.
This boat has been professionally maintained and is in first class condition as shown in 2024 survey (available).
