Accommodation
Offering up to 4 berths in a very simple interior with 2 pilot berths plus a small double V berth. The lee boards are located under the berths so the internal space is not compromised. Brown vinyl upholstery.
Mechanical Systems
Outboard well located in the aft of the cockpit. The boat currently does not come with an outboard. We suggest that a 4hp would be suitable for the boat.
Electrical Systems
Sails and Spars
Fractionally rigged gaff sloop. Deck stepped wooden mast made with Spruce with an Iroko tabernacle. Boom, gaff, yard arm and bowsprit made of Spruce. Stainless steel standing rigging. Terylene running rigging. Slab reefed main sail. Aeroluff heading furling system (2021).
Construction
Built by Ferry Boatyard in 1988 to a design of Eric Bergqvist. GRP hull and deck. Topsides painted with 2 pack Epiphanes green paint (2021). Painted non-slip deck surfaces. Long keel with twin retractable bilge boards. Keel was sandblasted and copper coated in 2021. Bilge boards were removed and repaired in 2021 including new pins added. Tiller steering to a transom hung rudder.
