Accommodation
There are seven berths in two cabins plus the saloon, with two double cabins separate from the main accommodation. There is full standing headroom, plenty of ventilation and stowage throughout, and the light interior is pleasingly fitted out with teak joinery and sole boards.
In the forecabin, large V berth with infill and stowage under. Opening hatch to foredeck (new glazing 2005). Washbasin to port with hanging locker opposite.
In saloon, dinette to port, converting to double berth with single settee berth opposite and pilot berth outboard. Fixed table with drop leaves. Saloon windows replaced 2007. Opening Lewmar hatch. Good sized chart table to starboard with galley opposite. Plastimo Neptune two burner gimballed gas cooker with grill and oven. Microwave oven. Twin stainless steel sinks. Hot and cold pressurised water system (engine and immersion heater). 225 litres fresh water capacity. Refrigerator.
Separate heads to starboard with marine toilet (with holding tank), shower and wash basin. Headlinings replaced in 2013. LED cabin lighting.
Double cabin to port with large double berth. Lee cloth. Hanging locker. Three opening portlights.
Eberspacher diesel fired hot air central heating. Blue velour upholstery in saloon.
Mechanical Systems
Located abaft the companionway. Year 2005 Volvo Penta MD2030 three cylinder 29hp marine diesel engine. Fresh water cooled. Electric start. Shaft drive to two bladed fixed propeller with shaft rope cutter. Single lever control. 90 litre fuel capacity in plastic tank giving approximately 250 miles range at some 5.5 knots cruising speed (subject to loading and fouling). Maximum speed under power 6.5 knots. The engine has been serviced annually in present ownership and had new exhaust elbow, filter housing and fuel pipes in 2024.

Masthead Bermudan sloop rig. Anodised aluminium mast and boom by Kemp Spars, 1989. Stainless steel standing rigging (2009). Terylene running rigging (most since 2017). Backstay adjuster. Spinnaker pole. Slab reefing mainsail with stackpack and lazyjacks. Headsail furling system. Lines led aft to cockpit. Two Lewmar 30 control line winches. Two Lewmar 45 Evo self tailing genoa sheet winches. Two Lewmar spinnaker sheet winches. Inner forestay for storm sail.

Built in 1989 by Marine Projects to a design by David Thomas. White GRP hull with style stripes. Hull stripped and epoxied in 2015. Alloy toe rails. White GRP superstructure with moulded non-slip to decks. Cast iron fin keel with lead shoe. Balanced spade rudder. Whitlock Cobra wheel steering. Aft self draining cockpit. Self draining anchor stowage locker. Gas bottle stowage for two bottles. Flexiteek cockpit sole and seats. Last surveyed in 2017 when vendor purchased boat.
