The Bay Raider Expedition from Swallow Yachts is a traditionally styled trailer/sailer built to a high standard and utilising the best of modern materials and design making them easy to handle and fun to sail. The small cabin forward provides overnight accommodation making the boat more versatile than an open daysailor and she comes complete with a new road trailer.

Accommodation
There is a small cuddy forward with space for two berths. The interior is neatly finished and has Blue cloth upholstery. Canvas bags for general stowage. The opening forehatch gives good ventilation.
Mechanical Systems
Located in outboard well, Yamaha 6hp outboard engine. Hand start. Forward and reverse gears. Separate 20 litre fuel tank. The engine was new in 2014 and has been serviced annually.
Spars & Sails
Ketch rigged. Carbon fibre masts (2015). Pine bowsprit and booms. Stainless steel standing rigging. Terylene running rigging. Selden headsail furling system. Slab reefing mainsail. Single line jackstay. Lines led aft to cockpit.

Built by Swallow Yachts in 2015. Red GRP hull with white GRP superstructure. Rubbing strake and sheer strake. Lifting keel. Water ballast. Lifting rudder with tiller and tiller extension. Outboard well with hull closure. Large open cockpit with self-bailers. The hull has been coppercoated from new.
