Accommodation The accommodation offers 6 berths in three separate cabins with excellent headroom. FORWARD CABIN: V berth with an infill to create a double, eye level storage lockers, lined stowage beneath berths, two hanging lockers and a dressing area. Hatch to foredeck with vent. En-suite access door to heads compartment. HEADS: Located to port with a Jabsco marine toilet, wash basin with hot and cold water supply, separate shower area with seat, good stowage and can be accessed via either the walkway or fore cabin. Electric shower pump out, hatch and vent. GALLEY: Located forward to starboard, the galley equipment consists of a gimballed Plastimo Neptune 2-burner gas cooker with oven and grill, twin stainless steel sinks with hot and cold water supply and a front opening refrigerator. There is a folding work top over the cooker to maximise preparation space and a range of lockers and drawers provide plenty of storage for long term cruising. Cutlery and crockery are included. SALOON WHEELHOUSE: A large raised U-shaped settee area to port provides comfortable seating around a large folding leaf table which drops to convert into a double berth when required, stowage space is provided beneath and behind the seating. A swivelling helmsman seat to starboard gives excellent visibility and is fitted with steering, engine controls and instrumentation allowing comfortable cruising in poor conditions. A chart area is provided outboard of the helm complete with chart light, drawer and stowage. AFT CABIN: The aft cabin is accessed directly from the saloon, an entrance area offers good locker space and a small basin with hot and cold water supply. A large fore and aft double berth has good sitting room and further lockers. The comfortable interior has a light and spacious feel thanks to the large deck saloon windows, whilst the modern teak finished interior (needs some re-varnishing), teak and holly floors and lined interior convey a feeling of quality. Pressurised hot and cold water is supplied throughout via a calorifier also fitted with an immersion coil. 65 gallons water capacity. The Eberspacher diesel fired heater with 3 outlets make all year cruising very possible! Blue draylon upholstery and cream curtains. Mechanical Systems Located under companionway. Year 1989 Volvo Penta 2003,  28hp, three cylinder marine diesel engine. Two single lever controls with electric start. Sea water cooled. Reduction gearbox to shaft drive with 2016 feathering Bruntons Autoprop 2-bladed propeller. Rope cutter to shaft. 40 Gallons steel fuel tank. The engine give a cruising speed of some 6 knots, depending on fouling and loading. Engine alarm in cockpit. Last serviced in 2023, hours not recorded. New shaft seal in 2018. Vetus Bow Thruster, new 2020. Three 12V batteries (2020, 2022 & 2023) in two banks charging via engine alternator and 240V shore power charger. 240V ring mains system with sockets and immersion heater. Sails & Spars Masthead Bermudan sloop rig. Deck stepped silver anodised aluminium mast and boom by Kemp, 1989. Double spreader rig. Stainless steel standing rigging, 2007. Terylene running rigging mostly led aft to the cockpit, 2007. In-mast furling mainsail. Selden Furlex headsail furling system, 2013. Lewmar 40 self-tailing sheet winches. Lewmar 16 main sheet winch.  Lewmar 6 reefing/control line winches. Rod kicker. Telescopic spinnaker pole. Mast and rigging checked (mast down) in 2016.

Construction Built in 1989 by Marine Projects (Plymouth) Ltd. White GRP hull with styles stripes. Hull professionally Coppercoated in 2016. White GRP coachroof with moulded non-slip decks. Cast iron twin bilge keels. Dual station wheel steering to skeg hung rudder. Self draining cockpit and anchor well. Sugar scoop type transom. Last surveyed in 2014 when this owner purchased.
