This is a Colvic 25 sailing yacht fitted out by Sunrider Yachts in 1972. She is a four berth family cruising yacht that has been well maintained by her present owner who has had her for 24 years. She has encapsulated twin bilge keels that are ideal for exploring the East Coast.  Last surveyed in 2019, all recommendations carried out. She is priced very competitively - this and her condition make her a compelling package.

Two burner spirit cooker.  Chart table to starboard. Cabin heating. A light and airy interior refurbished professionally. Cloth upholstery. Good headroom.

Masthead bermudan sloop rig. Deck stepped. Year 2000 alloy mast and boom by Sailspar. Stainless steel standing rigging, 2000. Terylene running rigging. Two Lewmar self tailing sheet winches. Two Antal secondary winches. Reefing winch. Headsail furling system. Slab reefing mainsail. Spinnaker pole.

Mechanical Systems

Located under cockpit. 1999, Volvo Penta 2002 marine diesel engine. 18hp. Twin cylinders. Sea water cooled. Shaft drive to three bladed fixed pitch propeller. Stainless steel 30 litre fuel tank. Approx 5 knots cruising speed. The engine had a major overhaul in 2019 and is serviced twice annually.

Construction

Moulded by Colvic Craft and fitted out by Sunrider Marine in 1972. White grp hull, resprayed in 2022. White painted grp coachroof with non skid decks. Twin bilge keels (moulded keels with encapsulated ballast). Tiller steering to skeg hung rudder. Teak rubbing strakes. The interior was professionally refitted in 1999. Plus the mast was replaced in 2000.
