Accommodations

The Beneteau First 30 offers 5 Berths in two cabins, the saloon has 2 single settee berths and a quarter berth on the starboard side. Good headroom in the saloon leads to the forward cabin which has a double V berth, with good storage space all round. Located between the saloon and the forward cabin on the port side is the marine toilet with wash basin.

The main saloon incorporates a central double drop sided table, located on the port side is the galley with sink, a two-burner gas hob with grill.  On the starboard side is the chart table. The saloon is finished with wooden floors throughout, with cloth upholstery, curtains and a door separate the saloon from the forward cabin.

The cockpit is large for the size of boat and has a reasonable amount of storage space.

This masthead sloop has a aluminium deck stepped mast and boom with stainless steel standing rigging with adjustable backstay (2014). Slab reefing mainsail with furling genoa. Spinnaker Pole.  2 x two speed genoa winches, 2 x two speed spinnaker winches, 2 x single speed halyard winches. 2 x single speed reefing and main sheet winches.

This Beneteau First 30 was designed by Andre Mauric and built by Beneteau in 1979. The boat has a GRP hull, deck and superstructure. Cast iron fin keel with spade rudder and tiller steering.
