Accommodation

The accommodation is pleasantly fitted out with varnished teak joinery and offers up to five berths in two cabins.  There is plenty of stowage throughout and standing headroom in the main cabin.  In the forecabin, V berth with stowage under.  Opening hatch to deck.  Full width heads compartment with marine toilet and washbasin.  In saloon, two settee berths.  Removable saloon table.  Chart table to starbpard with quarter berth under and galley opposite.  Stainless steel sink with manually pumped water supply.  90 litre freshwater capacity.  Two burner gimballed gas cooker with grill and oven.  Gimballed oil lamp.  Brass clock.  Radio/CD player.

Mechanical Systems

Located under the companionway, Beta Marine 25hp three cylinder diesel engine, installed new in 2016.  Electric start.  Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger.  Shaft drive to three bladed propeller.  Single lever control.  45 litre fuel capacity in stainless steel tank.  Cruising speed under power 5 knots, maximum 6.5 knots.  The engine has been regularly serviced and has logged only some 195 hours.

Construction

Built in 1968 by Offshore Yachts to a design by E.G. van de Stadt.  White painted (Awlgrip) GRP hull.  Teak toe rail.  White painted (Awlgrip) superstructure with grey painted non-slip to deck.  Long keel with encapsulated ballast.  Keel hung rudder.  Tiller steering.  Aft self draining cockpit.  Teak cockpit grating.  Teak cockpit seating.  Last surveyed April 2021.
